About me

I am senior BACP accredited psychodynamic counsellor and a psychoanalytic psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council and the UKCP. I have a full time private practice based in Wokingham, established in 1994. I have a diploma and MA in Counselling from Reading University and trained as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with the British Association of Psychotherapists.

I work with individuals who are experiencing problems with relationships, depression, anxiety, phobias, bereavement, work related problems, obsessional disorders or are experiencing feelings of emptiness or feeling that their lives are meaningless. I have a special interest and experience in working with people with eating disorders or other psychosomatic illnesses such as ME.
